Zest Education are seeking an experienced Teacher of Geography to join a secondary school in the Dudley area. This is a full-time role where planning and marking of KS3 and KS4 lessons are required. The role is due to commence in January 2025 and will run for a minimum of one term, with possibility of further extension.

Responsibilities:

- Teaching Geography up to Key Stage 4 level
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons
- Assessing students' work and providing constructive feedback
- Marking students' assignments and exams
- Collaborating with colleagues to enhance the Geography curriculum
- Participating in staff meetings and professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Degree in Geography or a related field
- Strong subject knowledge and passion for Geography
- Experience teaching Geography at secondary level

Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage and motivate students
- Strong organisational skills for lesson planning and marking
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced school environment
- Commitment to continuous professional development
