Graduate/Trainee Surveyor Wanted!

Our client is seeking a Graduate/Trainee Surveyor to join their team on a full-time permanent basis. The Graduate/Trainee Surveyor will be working for a fast-growing team within the Brighton office. The Graduate/Trainee Surveyor must have a driving license and be enthusiastic about surveying, with either a degree or a minimum of 6 months of experience in surveying.

Key Responsibilities for the Graduate/Trainee Surveyor:

Property inspections
Photography
Reading and appraising drawings
Reviewing construction method statements
Carry out drone surveys
Liaise with homeowners, developers, contractors and counterpart surveyorsSkills Required for the Graduate/Trainee Surveyor:

Must have a driving license and own transport
Construction-related qualification or some experience in surveying
Enthusiasm in surveying, keen to learn and develop
Willing to travel to sites when required
