Your new role

Please note this is for 3 to 4 days only, and you must have a car as this is a regional role.

To join our dedicated Hertfordshire service, emphasising Family Safeguarding.
You will ensure a high-quality and consistent service to families with either drug and/or alcohol-related issues engaged with Children's Services as part of the Family Safeguarding Service.
The role is co-located within the family safeguarding teams of Swindon Borough Council, in which recovery coordinators work within a multidisciplinary team of social workers, domestic abuse workers and mental health specialists.
Your role is to support parents of children with social services' involvement. Therefore, you will be conducting home visits as part of your role.

What you'll need to succeed

Must have worked as a substance misuse recovery worker with families previously
Looking for only 3 to 4 days a week.
Must have a car, mileage will be paid. What you'll get in return
