Position Overview
The B2B Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimising marketing strategies aimed at promoting CDS Global and its services to clients, prospects and the industries we serve. The primary goal is to increase the company's client base and revenue by targeting relevant industries and decision-makers within those industries.
The objective is to drive business growth by effectively promoting SaaS solutions to other businesses, ensuring alignment with overall company goals, and continuously optimising marketing efforts based on performance data.
Main Responsibilities and Duties
Strategy and Planning:
Develop comprehensive marketing plans to promote our products and services to business clients
Identify target markets, key segments, and positioning strategies
Set marketing goals aligned with business objectives
Contribute to, and ensure alignment with, global marketing plans and activities
Cultivate plans to support specific geographies and local markets
Campaign Management:
Design, implement, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns
Leverage email, content marketing, social media, webinars, and other digital marketing tactics
Monitor and optimise campaign performance
Lead Generation:
Develop and execute strategies to generate qualified leads
Nurture prospects through the sales funnel
Collaborate with the sales team on lead qualification and conversion
Content Creation:
Oversee the production of high-quality B2B content, including whitepapers, case studies, newsletters, and blog posts
Ensure content is tailored to business audiences and supports lead generation efforts
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Develop a strong audience understanding and market positioning strategy
Leverage analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
Compile and present performance reports
Collaboration:
Work closely with US marketing team
Work with cross-functional teams in the UK and US including sales, product management, client delivery and client management
Ensure alignment between marketing, sales, and overall business goals
Qualifications / key skills required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in marketing are a plus
Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the SaaS industry
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices
Technical Search Engine Optimisation expertise, keyword research and strategy
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems
Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
