Project Support Administrator // Project Support Analyst
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
6 months Fixed-Term Contract
Felsted, 2 day's a week onsite- Remote/Flexible option available

REED Technology are working with a client where they are implementing a new technology stack to enhance their operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the project team to implement and configure a new Salesforce instance.
Migrate Celigo connector between NetSuite and Salesforce.
Configure and test integrations to streamline workflows and eliminate data duplication.
Assist with data clean-up, mapping, and migration.
Produce process documentation and training materials.
Support end users during UAT, roll out, and post-implementation.Essential Skills:

Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and setup.
Experience with SAAS software integrations, preferably Celigo.
Strong problem-solving skills and logical approach to data flows.
Experience with structured data in spreadsheets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Desired Skills:

Experience with Celigo connector setup.
Familiarity with SAAS billing systems, marketing technologies, and support desk software.
