High Level Teaching Assistant - EYFS

Academics are seeking a dedicated and experienced HLTA to join a nurturing Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) team for the Summer Term. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact, supporting a small group of 8-10 pupils in a vibrant and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality support to EYFS pupils, facilitating both academic and social development.
Deliver planned activities and interventions, tailored to meet the diverse needs of the group.
Work collaboratively with class teachers, SEN staff, and other support staff.
Monitor and record pupil progress, offering feedback to staff and parents/carers as required.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning atmosphere.

We Are Looking For:

A qualified HLTA with experience in EYFS or early primary settings.
Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development.
Excellent communication skills and a positive, flexible attitude.
Ability to build strong relationships with young children, parents, and colleagues.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.The primary school is easily accessible from Stoke-on-Trent and East Cheshire areas.
