About the Role:

* Provide classroom cover across a variety of subjects for Key Stage 3 and 4 pupils.

* Supervise and support students in the absence of their regular teacher.

* Manage behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment.

* Ideal for graduates or experienced Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) looking to develop their teaching experience.

Requirements:

* Strong communication and organisational skills.

* A genuine passion for working with young people.

* Ability to manage classroom dynamics effectively.
