Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Senior Workplace Coordinator with previous experience in a similar role service to work for a large company in The City.

Job Title - Senior Workplace Coordinator

Salary - £35,000k - £38,000k Plus 15% Bonus

Location - The City, London

DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to.

Managing 2 receptionists in the team.
Meeting external and internal guests
Showing guests to meeting rooms
Provide assistance with events.
Ensure any Audio Visual systems are up and running, covering troubleshooting if needed.
Supervise internal events outside of normal working hours if needed
Engage with suppliers and housekeepers
Providing pro-active administrative support to the business.
Responsible for the onboarding/off-boarding process for all employees on number of platforms for example - Concur, Robin, F24, R&M Book & Locale.
To provide a polished professional customer service experience to external clients/visitors and internal clients.
Managing and booking meeting rooms for employees.
Complete daily meeting room checklist.
Arranging in-house catering for meetings and events.
Serve refreshments to staff and visitors in meeting rooms.
Clean, tidy and replenish meeting rooms after meetings.PROFILE

To be considered for this role, you must:

Have previous experience within a similar role
Management or supervisor experience
Excellent communication and telephone skills.
Comfortable being in a standalone role.
Possess strong organisation skills
Possess strong communication skills both verbally and written
