Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a new challenge in a supportive and friendly working environment? We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Assistant to join our team based in West London.
Health Vision UK is a leading UK health care provider, delivering person-centred support which helps adults lead full and independent lives in their own homes.
We currently require a part-time (20 hours per week) HR Assistant to assist the HR Department in recruiting staff and managing staff performance. The role will involve:
Screening and interviewing candidates
Conducting background checks
Ensuring all recruitment procedures are followed
Assisting in the performance management of all staff
Conducting telephone interviews both via phone and in-person
Ensuring DBS applications are completed
Checking and confirming new starter references
Lead inductions professionally as per Health Vision guidelines
Assisting HR team with Employee Relations when required
Advising and assisting staff members with Maternity and Paternity
About you:
Educated to Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
Must have Recruitment experience
Must have Administrative Experience
Good understanding of MS packages
Strong written and verbal English
Be patient, tactful, diplomatic, and approachable
Be confident in gathering facts and statistics
Can-do Attitude
Target driven
Attention to detail
Punctual and Organised
