Job Description:
They are seeking an experienced Groundworks Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Canterbury. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the cost aspects of groundworks projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for groundworks projects.

* Conduct site measurements and assessments.

* Monitor project progress and financial performance.

* Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors.

* Manage contracts and negotiate with suppliers.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

* Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
