We are working with an NHS organisation who are seeking to appoint an Interim Executive Assistant. The role will start ASAP and will be for 4 months initially.
This is an interim role to work hybrid with a mix of onsite and remote working and will be part time for 3 days a week, there is an expectation of potential for extension. The role will be at Band 5 under the NHS Agency Cap and will support a number of senior leads and Directors, having similar experience.
The post holder will provide effective Executive support in all related Corporate and Administrative matters, working within a high-paced environment.
Key responsibilities:
Inbox management, taking calls and messages with the ability to action in a professional manner;
Provide executive assistance to a number of senior leads, managing workloads effectively and efficiently;
Management of all diaries and scheduling arrangements, including circulating dates and Teams links for Board, Board Committees, and Executive meetings;
Strong minute taking experience with the ability to provide follow up actions;
Ensure that all meetings and relevant papers are uploaded to the organisation’s meeting management systems;
Support development of annual schedule of meetings;
Undertake an additional duties required by senior management.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
Experience working within the NHS/ a healthcare setting;
Able to demonstrate excellent administration skills and knowledge of NHS procedures;
Able to take detailed minutes, set follow up actions and complete within a timely manner;
Excellent organisational skills, planning board level diaries;
The ability to support work project work between organisations;
Strong communications skills.
