Pay Rate: £13.22 per hour plus an additional £78 per sleep in (£26,651 per annum).
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, 42 hours
Shift and Schedule: Weekend availability
Priority Healthcare are excited to present this brand-new opportunity for a Team Leader in the Wigan area.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a residential home for children and young people. The residents live with learning disabilities, epilepsy, and/or autism and may display some associated behaviours.
We are searching for Team Leaders who share our belief that disability is not a barrier, and it doesn’t have to stop our residents from living their best life and enjoying new and varied experiences. Previous experience in care is essential.
Salary & Benefits:
• Competitive pay rates, from £13.22 per hour for 42 hours per week, PLUS £78 per sleep in - expect 8 sleeps per month (£26,651 per annum).

• Many of the residents are non-verbal or have limited communication.
• Some personal care may be involved.
Successful Applicant:
• Must hold a full and valid UK driving license and be able to drive a a manual vehicle.
• Hold a Level 3 diploma in Health & Social Care
• Previous experience in care is essential.
• Able to work unsociable hours (evenings, nights, and weekends).
