A leading Manufacturing organization is recruiting for a highly organized and detailed-oriented Administrator to join the team.
The role will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office by managing administrative tasks, supporting sales administration, and maintaining effective communication within the team.
This is a Full Time Office based role and requires someone with strong computer literacy skills and technical knowledge.
Training will be provided on the in-house computer system.
ROLE:
* Managing customer enquires and orders via phone and email.
* Process sales and purchase orders, delivery notes and invoices and liaising with the finance team as needed.
* Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in alladministrative functions.
* Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring all information is up to date and easily accessible.
* Collaborate with team members to foster a positive work environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience in an office administration role.
* Professional telephone manner.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Tech savvy.
* Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
