? Your Role

You’ll work across a diverse range of professional & project instructions in the commercial sector, including:

* Technical due diligence

* Contract administration & project delivery

* Dilapidations & party wall matters

* RCA & Licences for Alterations

? Skills & Experience Required

* ✅ MRICS qualified (Newly Chartered or Experienced)

* ✅ Excellent communication & client-facing skills

* ✅ Broad Building Surveying experience preferred
