Business Analyst

My client, a leading organisation, is looking for a skilled business analyst to join its IT team in Warwickshire. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to critical projects that drive business transformation through IT solutions.  

As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives, capture requirements, and translate them into effective IT solutions. From initial vision to post-implementation, you will be vital in shaping business change, ensuring systems and processes align with strategic goals. This includes gathering and documenting requirements, analysing data, and evaluating solution options.   

Key responsibilities include:

Collaborating with stakeholders to identify business needs and areas for improvement.

Developing clear and actionable business requirements, ensuring alignment with overall strategy.

Supporting the development of business cases, feasibility studies, and project plans.

Coordinating the implementation of IT solutions, working with internal teams and external providers.

Leading user testing and supporting the delivery of training materials.

Experience & Skills

Previous experience in a similar role, with strong knowledge of business processes.

Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Prince2 or Agile.

Proven ability to work with stakeholders, manage requirements, and deliver solutions on time and within budget.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
