Position Overview:
We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join us on a 12 month fixed term contract.
This role offers a unique blend between partnering with senior stakeholders on strategic initiatives and working on the day-to-day people managementneeds of your assigned business unit.
Working in an evolved HR function, you will also build strong working relationships with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and HR Operations colleagues to ensure we are delivering aneffective service to the business from strategic, operational, and transactional perspectives.
Responsibilities:
Some of the day-to-day activities you can expect to be involved with include:
Collaborating with line managers on people management tasks such as performance management, career progression, and employee relations issues.
Designing and implementing operational changes to enhance organisational effectiveness within your stakeholder group.
Supporting salary review and promotion processes.
Analysing exit interview data to develop and manage departmental retention strategies.
Partnering with Learning & Development to meet the training and development needs of your business area.
Working with Talent Acquisition to support recruitment processes and strategies.
Leading localised change programs such as restructuring initiatives. Qualifications & Experience:
For this role, the right candidate will have:
Professional HR experience with a proven ability to partner closely with senior stakeholders on both operational and strategic initiatives.
Strong relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders as well as colleagues within your function.
A track record of designing and delivering change initiatives for a business unit.
The ability to work effectively at both granular detail levels and higher-level overview perspectives to achieve the best outcomes for your assigned area. Prior experience in an ITor Managed Service setting would be desirable but is not essential to apply.

The budgeted salary for this role is between £60,000 and £65,000.

Hybrid working:
