Hemel Hempstead + South East | £25,000 – £35,000 (DoE) + £5.2K Car Allowance & paid Door to Door Travel

We are currently recruiting a Junior Installation Engineer to join a global technology company specialising in high-quality electronic security installations across the UK.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in the field who’s looking to grow their skills and take the next step in their engineering career.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting field-based installations of CCTV, access control, and automation systems
Working on a range of live client sites across the South East
Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and clients to deliver smooth installations
Representing the company with professionalism and attention to detailWhat We’re Looking For:
1–2 years’ experience in the electronic security sector (non negotiable!)
Practical knowledge of installing: CCTV, access control systems, or automated gates
Based within a 1-hour commute of Hemel Hempstead
Own vehicle essential + full UK driving licence
A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learnWhat’s in It for You:
