Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Duxford, Cambridgeshire
Salary: up to £26,000 p.a. DOE
Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm / 1 hour unpaid lunch / Part Time hours (Mon-Fri) will be considered
Contract Type: Full time / Part Time - 3 month FTC
As Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for:
* Liaising with customers via email
* Scheduling appointments
* Verifying account information
* Discussing invoices with customers and resolving any queries
* Additional administration duties as required.
An ideal candidate for the Customer Service Advisor will have:
* Strong written communication skills
* Good Microsoft office skills
* Previous customer service experience
* Strong attention to detail.
