£45,000 - £47,000 + 25 days shift holiday + BH | Shift Pattern (2 week rota plan)

Your new company

* A specialist FM provider, with an industry-leading reputation.

Your new role:

* Working 5 on 3 off, 3 on 3 off shift pattern - 7am-7pm - days and nights.

* Planned and reactive maintenance across the site, minor repairs, fault finding.

* Emergency light testing, fire alarm tests, light replacements, basic plumbing, temp testing, flushing, water hygiene, AHU’s, FCU’s, and general building service maintenance duties.

* Manage a small team of engineers across a multiple trade.

What you will need to succeed

* Electrical or Mechanical Qualifications.

* Experience leading a team in a commercial environment, hands on experience.
