Location: Teesside
Remuneration: £40,000-£50,000 + Profit share bonus circa 5%
Benefits: Fully Expensed Golf or Equivalent & Comprehensive benefits package
The role of the Senior Internal Sales – Accessible Washrooms will involve:
* Internal sales position, selling our clients manufactured range of functional and practical adapted bathroom equipment and accessories (products such as grab rails, showering, accessible washroom equipment and washroom accessories)
* The project team’s primary focus is on main contractors, merchants & buying groups with a secondary focus on sub-contractors and specifiers
* Primarily looking to reinforce relationships with known contractors & merchants
* Expected to allocate some time of the week to developing new business and opportunities
* Stay up to date on current projects, who is working on them and how far along they are
* Project sizes from £10,000-£100,000 (average order value £20,000)
* KPI’s based around: leads added, opportunities won, calls, appointments arranged etc.
The ideal applicant will be a Senior Internal Sales – Accessible Washrooms with:
* Must have construction sales & business development experience
* Must have experience selling into new build hotels or new build commercial projects
* An attitude of embracing technology
* Self-starter, comfortable in a small company environment
* Strong work ethic and integrity
* IT Literate
