Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Administrator to join our dynamic team at our office in Birmingham Business Park. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our fast-paced contract turnaround operations.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and manage job quotes efficiently.
* Maintain and update spreadsheets to track project progress and financials.
* Assist with general administrative tasks to ensure smooth contract operations.
* Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure timely completion of contracts.
* Provide support in managing documentation and records.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in quoting jobs and spreadsheet management.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
