I am looking for a Maintenance Surveyor in Lincolnshire to join a leading social housing provider on a permanent basis. The Maintenance Surveyor will be responsible for delivering the in-house repairs service and ensuring that surveys, inspections and installations are delivered on time.

Maintenance Surveyor duties:

Delivery of surveying service across Lincolnshire including advice, specifications, work orders and repairs
Provide surveying services to both occupied and void properties
Provide excellent customer service to tenants
Work on both domestic and non-domestic properties including estates
What is required for the Maintenance Surveyor:

Experience working within social housing
Surveying experience
Ability to work on sites in Lincolnshire including Grimsby and Boston
Experience in tenanted properties
