Salary Range: £27 - £32ph (dependent on experience)

Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and high-quality lectures and demonstrations to students studying Floristry (level 2 and 3).
Develop and deliver comprehensive course material that aligns with the curriculum objectives.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to facilitate their academic development.
Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve the curriculum, incorporating the latest industry trends and advancements.
Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry practices, and educational methodologies relevant to Travel and Tourism.

Requirements:

A HNC in Animal Care or above and relevant industry or education experience.
Prior teaching or training experience is desirable.
A teaching qualification is advantageous but not essential - Experience will also be considered.
Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
