Join Gatehouse Bank as a Broker & Intermediaries Sales Support

6-month FTC

Full-time

Mainly WFH if desired with occasional office days

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support the onboarding and administration of brokers, intermediaries, and business partners. Based in London, Milton Keynes, or Wilmslow, you'll play a key role in delivering excellent service, ensuring compliance, and maintaining smooth operations.

What You'll Do:

Manage the onboarding process for brokers and intermediaries, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Process and validate payments, invoices, and updates for brokers and introducers.
Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via calls and emails.
Monitor pipelines and create management reports.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve processes.What We're Looking For:

Experience working with brokers and intermediaries.
Strong communication, time management, and compliance awareness.
GCSEs in English and Mathematics (or equivalent).
