Responsibilities:

Travel to clients' homes within a designated area to provide care and support services
Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate records of medication administration
Assist clients with daily tasks, such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands
Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and team members to ensure the highest level of care and support
Attend training and development sessions as requiredRequirements:

Previous experience as a care worker or in a related field
Must drive and have access to own vehicle
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
