Job Title: Casemaker Operator

Location: Burnley

Hours: 41.25hrs per week

o Mon - 07:00-17:00

o Tue - 07:00-17:00

o Weds - 07:00-17:00

o Thurs - 07:00-17:00

o Fri - 07:00-12:30

Salary: Dependent On Experience

About my Client:

Manufacturer of all Packaging Products, cardboard box, cartons now looking to add a experienced Casemaker to the team.

Overview of the Casemaker role:

The ideal candidate will be a fully trained and capable machine operator with previous experience of casemaking.

Key responsibilities of a Casemaker:

Set up and running of casemaking in line within company targets.
Achieve daily production plan.
Comply with company processes and procedures.
Achieve daily, monthly and annual targets for the team, KPI's and OEE.
Maintain a high level of housekeeping.
Passing of own work.
Work with a flexible approach and when required assist with other processes in the factory
Comply will all company health and safety procedures.Experience required for a Casemaker:

Must have previous experience of die cutter/ casemaking
Preferably have experience of running a Bobst
Preferably have experience of Iberica, Sanwa or Bobst machines (or similar)
Possess a knowledge of safety, quality and continuous improvement techniques.
Responsible for the day to day maintenance of the machine.
Able to work under pressure and to deadlines.
Ability to problem solve
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Good organisational and self-motivational skills
