We are currently looking for 4 housing disrepair solicitors these will will be hybrid roles with the offices being in either Manchester or Liverpool.

Salary will be negotiable depending on experience.

You must be able to handle a case load of between 80-110 with 70% of these being pre lit and the remaining 30% post lit. Most of the cases you will handle will have been brought under section 9a and 11 of the landlord and tenant act 1985.

you must be able to:-

* bill at grade B or above.

* have experience of litigating own matters

* highly organized and self-motivated

* IT literate

* Housing disrepair experience is essential however would consider applications with 10 years plus contentious civil litigation experience.

* Must be able to demonstrate the ability to handle high case load.
