Do you have data analysis and mapping experience and would you like to work for a Distribution Consultancy based across the UK?
This role offers remote working, ideally from Bristol or Swansea, South Wales, with occasional site visits based across the Midlands, South East and Yorkshire.
As a Data Assistant you will join a friendly team based across the UK. You will be expected to liaise with the installation and design teams to manage diaries, schedule work and organise maintenance of company assets.
You will also be expected to complete the following;
-Evaluate sites.
-Mapping new and existing locker locations.
-Manage and amend large data sets using excel and (url removed).
-Provide frequent data support to the team using Excel.
-Document company installations and maintenance.
-Manage staff diaries insuring installation, design and maintenance is completed to time and budget.
-Liaise with staff to organise site visits and installation.
-Liaise with external partners to manage surveys/assessment and take orders.
-Occasional site visits to the Midlands, South East or Yorkshire.
This is a full time, home based role.
Applicants are required to have experience prior data analysis and experience of the following;
-Proficiency in IT skills, predominantly outlook, (url removed) and Excel including pivot tables/vlookups and conditional formatting.
-Data analysis of large data sets.
-Mapping experience.
-Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and a professional phone manner.
-Flexible approach to working and able to pick up tasks with minimal supervision.
-Experience organising diaries and liaising with colleagues to schedule installation and maintenance of products.
