This position is for a Credit Controller Manager who will lead the Credit Control department for Bristol based business with £75m in turnover. The role involves overseeing the credit control function, managing risk and ensuring all financial transactions align with the regulatory standards, reporting directly to the Head of Finance.

Description

Work with the Head of Finance to improve processes
Oversee the credit control function within the organisation
Manage risk and ensure financial transactions comply with regulatory standards
Lead the Accounting & Finance team, providing guidance and support
Prepare financial reports and present to the senior management team
Develop strategies to improve the credit control process
Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial stability
Ensure the department is meeting its targets and objectives
Contribute to the overall strategic planning of the organisationProfile

A successful Credit Controller Manager should have:

A degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience
Sound knowledge of credit control procedures and practices
Excellent leadership and management skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to analyse financial data and make informed decisions
