Time 4 Recruitment has a great opportunity for a Experienced Carpenter / Fitter to join an expanding business based in the Cardiff / Newport area who build and install Staircases Nationally. This highly successful business has secured work for many months to come and are focused on growing their business with the right Carpenters on board.

Work with this company will involve working away and overnight stays as they have projects across the UK.

As a Temporary / Permanent Carpenter you will need to be experienced in 1st Fix Carpentry – building the structure of the Staircases and installation.

I am looking for an Experienced Carpenter – to hit the ground running !!! – to join this expanding company.

The Role …

* To work closely with the company Directors - designers and planners on construction projects

* Matches materials to requested design specifications

* Measures building materials and spaces for installation accurately

* Ability to assemble and install sturdy and well-constructed Staircases

* Participates in first fixing as well as second fixing work

* Combines carpentry work with joining work

* Repairs and refurbishes existing building work

* Uses power tools and other tools to cut and shape wood, metal, and other materials

* Communicates with the rest of the construction team

*Role requires often working away nationally*

Benefits
