Spirehouse, a specialist Social Housing recruitment firm, are currently working in partnership with a High-Wycombe-based provider in their recruitment of an interim ASB Case Manager.

The ASB Manager role seeks those with previous experience in anti-social behaviour management for a social housing provider or local authority.

Initially for 12 months, this is a hybrid position with 2-3 days a week in the office.

The ASB Manager will have several key responsibilities, including:

* Leading a proactive and preventative Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) service to customers and neighbourhoods, focussed on early intervention and reduction

* Working with other Paradigm teams and external partners to provide holistic, customer-centric case management

* Building confidence in the team to take clear, responsible enforcement action whilst always dealing with victims and perpetrators of ASB with empathy and respect

* Utilising data and insight to identify and deliver strategies to reduce ASB, working in partnership with peers and other organisations to gain support, approval and funding

* Maintaining the organisation’s ASB Policy, approach and toolkit

* Championing a proactive, customer-focused ASB service which takes early intervention and decisive action to resolve cases for the benefit of customers and neighbourhoods

* Creating individual personal development plans and supporting team members with coaching, mentoring and peer case reviews

* Working in partnership with peers in housing, property and estates to gain support, approval and funding

* Defining and implementing a quality assurance framework, including customer feedback and complaints, to regularly review and monitor case handling

* Ensuring safeguarding concerns identified through the ASB service are addressed as part of a multi-agency approach

* Taking responsibility for the health and safety of self and team, championing a responsible approach with the team and for the organisation
