Senior Contract Coordinator

Full Time – Permanent

Location: Leicester

Hours: Monday to Friday Office Hours

Basic Salary: £30,000.00 to £35,000.00 Per Annum DOE

Due to growth, they are seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking Senior Contract coordinator to join their fantastic team in the Leicester area as a Senior Contract Coordinator on a Full Time Permanent basis.   

Senior Contract Coordinator role:

As a Senior Contract coordinator, you will closely liaise with the Project Team
Communicate effectively with Contractors, Subcontractors and Architects as a Senior Contract Coordinator
You will coordinate projects and work within budget constraints and timescales as a Senior Contract Coordinator
Ensure you manage and chase payment of invoices and proformas
Closely liaise with the Contract Team and check progress and variations if necessary
Support other departments as and when necessary and utilise skills experience to improve service level agreements
Work effectively within a busy environment and to tight deadlines as a Senior contract coordinator

Senior Contract Coordinator Candidate:

Previous experience as a Project or Contract Coordinator is is ESSENTIAL  
Likeable and enthusiastic personality with a great work ethic.
Ability to work under pressure independently with a ‘problem solving’ attitude as a Senior Contract Coordinator
Highly competent of using all Microsoft office packages including MS Excel
Good written and verbal communication skills
