Our client, a well-established leader in the M&E sector, is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee high-value projects across commercial, healthcare, education, and data centre sectors. With all projects based in Swindon, Reading and surrounding areas, this is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team delivering top-tier mechanical solutions.

Salary & Benefits:

✅ £65,000 to £75,000

Key Responsibilities:

? Report directly to a Director
? Represent the company in on-site meetings
? Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
? Review and approve technical submittals
? Coordinate and oversee sub-contractors effectively
? Take ownership of QA activities for mechanical packages
? Prepare RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements) and progress reports for sub-contractors and clients

Requirements:

✔️ SMSTS & CSCS Black Card – Preferred
✔️ Experience working with an M&E sub-contractor (preferred)
✔️ Strong track record in commercial projects or similar sectors
✔️ Previous experience as a Mechanical Project Manager
✔️ Stable employment history (minimum 3 years in previous roles)
