We are looking for an Administrator to join a successful, growing recruitment business committed to delivering authentic recruitment solutions to our clients across the Scottish construction industry. With an office based in Perth, we are looking for someone to provide key day to day support to the team and embrace our company values as we strive to deliver excellence for our clients every day.
As Receptionist / Administrator the structure of your day will largely focus on the following:
* Answering and directing calls, and handling mail.
* Day to day running of office including filing of paperwork, managing information in line with GDPR regulations and ordering supplies.
* Carrying out detailed conversations with applicants in line with company guidelines when required.
* Processing of applications as directed, issuing registration forms and collecting information in line with GDPR regulations.
* Producing adverts for review by consultants, including posting of adverts across job boards.
* Creating and maintaining client / candidate files in line with company processes.
* Creation of CVs and other documentation as required.
* Conduct regular data cleanse exercises to ensure the efficiency of processes and compliance with GDPR regulations.
* Process candidate rejections on various platforms based on hiring manager decisions.
* Managing office supply stock levels.
* Uploading content to website(s) and making edits as required.
* Uploading marketing material to social media platforms.
To be successful in the role we are looking for someone with the following skill set:
* A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and previous experience working with CRM Systems.
* Confidence working proactively with a range of stakeholders, eg, hiring managers, candidates, and external service providers.
* Ability to manage and prioritise a wide range of enquiries in a customer service environment.
* Working without supervision as well as part of a team.
