Location: Bolton

Salary: circa £32,000 - £40,000 Basic DOE + £8k OTE Bonus

Due to rapid growth, we are now expanding our Client Account Management team to help us effectively meet our client’s hiring demands.

As an Account Manager you will:

* Be the go-to person for some of the UK’s most recognised organisations, building strong client relationships founded on trust and delivery.

* Deliver first class talent solutions, by collaborating with our Recruiters to find the perfect match for roles.

* Drive account performance and growth and, by identifying new opportunities and maximising client profitability.

* Develop creative direct-sourcing strategies, using platforms like LinkedIn, social media, and CV databases to attract the best talent.

* Adopt project management principles to ensure the successful delivery of large-scale hiring programmes.

* Experienced in recruitment, candidate resourcing and client delivery.

* Committed to world class service delivery for our clients, by motivating our Candidate Recruiters to source the best avaialble talent at all times.

* Motivated to grow and develop our client relationships, and land quality new business deals by partnering with our Sales & Marketing team.

* Business development focussed and driven to implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.

* Motivated to build and maintain strong relationships with lapsed and existing clients while identifying opportunities to generate repeat business.

* Committed to engaging with our Digital Marketing team in the design, development, and implementation of innovative direct-sourcing strategies including job adverts and the use of platforms such as LinkedIn, CV databases, talent pooling, networking, social media, etc.

* Actively seek opportunities to visit our clients to undertake review meetings to build strong relationships.
