A leading FM company based on the outskirts of Dartford are looking to recruit an experienced Contract Administrator to work within their Service & Maintenance team.
Ideally you would have worked within a similar role and have experience of working with Engineer's and Sub-Contractor's and managing their busy schedules and diary's.
Duties
* Providing dedicated support to the Contract Manager's
* Communicating all works progress to the relevant team members
* Liaising with Engineers and Sub-Contractors
* Ensuring all invoices are completed within dedicated time frames
* Raising quotes as requested by the Contract Manager
* Producing detailed reports

* Efficient in using MS Word & MS Excel
* Excellent people skills and able to manage Engineers
