Main Purpose of the Role:
Responsible for completing the Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance in a plastics manufacturing environment.
Key Tasks:
* Oversee all aspects of maintenance within the blow mould and injection mould areas, including:
* Introducing a preventative maintenance plan
* Handling day-to-day breakdowns
* Implementing continual machine improvements
* Ordering required spare machine parts
* Collaborate with and organize contractors as needed
* Oversee and service the chilled water circuits
* Oversee and service the compressors
* Monitor and report monthly maintenance activities
* Work within the ISO framework
* Follow health and safety guidelines and safe working practices
* Perform any other reasonable tasks as requested
Must be able to rotate on shifts
