Rate: £18.00ph (Personal CIS)

Location: Leicester (LE4)

Hours: 40 hours per week

Duration: 1-2 weeks

Friday 13th December Start

Nelson Permanent Placements are currently working with a market-leading Residential New Build Developer on-site in Leicester.

As a Multi-Trader, you will be required to finish plots and perform general snagging duties (including filling, skimming, painting and fixing hinges) per plot.

This will be an opportunity to show site what you can do; with a potential further scope of works available in the New Year.

Multi-Trader Requirements:

* A Valid CSCS Skilled Card

* 2-3 years’ experience as a Carpenter/Multi Trader (within Residential/New Build Housing settings).

* Own tools and means of transport
