£23.67 per hour PAYE or £30.50 per hour limited paid via Umbrella company inside IR35
Our client is looking for an experienced Apprenticeship and Early Careers Partner.
- Support day to day management of early careers and apprenticeships
- Design the timelines and implement new cohorts of apprenticeships and early careers roles
- Manage and support graduates on our graduate programme
- Hybrid - two to three days in the office
* To manage the design and delivery of apprenticeship and early careers programmes, ensuring they effectively support the council’s goal of developing and maintaining a highly-skilled, resilient workforce
* To provide specialist expertise, advice and guidance on apprenticeship and early careers programmes, promoting their role in addressing skills gaps, improving workforce diversity, and enabling people of all backgrounds to develop successful careers
* To work collaboratively with HR colleagues, including colleagues in the resourcing team, to promote the council’s employer brand and attract the very best early careers talent
* To manage the design and delivery of a holistic offer to all participants on apprenticeship and early careers programmes, including pastoral, learning and peer-to-peer support, to ensure that all learners can achieve their full potential
Knowledge of apprenticeship and/or early careers programmes, or a demonstrable ability to develop expertise in a new subject
Degree or equivalent professional qualification or experience
Evidence of continued professional and personal development
Relevant work experience within HR, Organisational Development, apprenticeships, or education
Experience supporting the design and delivery of apprenticeship and/or early careers programmes or similar
Experience of providing individuals with pastoral, learning and/or peer-to-peer support
Experience of procuring and contract managing external providers to deliver high quality, cost effective outcomes
Experience of analysing data to proactively drive continuous improvement and change
