Main Duties of the Role
* Provide 1st and 2nd line support, remote and on-site
* Diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues, including operating systems (Windows and Mac) and a wide range of software applications.
* Respond to every IT request within the SLA window
* Install, configure and upgrade IT Equipment
* Accurately create and maintain documentation
* Assist with the planning and implementation of IT projects.
Your Skills and Experience
* Solid customer service skills an essential!
* Excellent desktop troubleshooting skills
* Good understanding of Microsoft Windows and MacOS operating systems.
* Windows Server, Active Directory & Microsoft Exchange experience
* Understanding of networking
* Office 365, Azure and VoIP
* Basic understanding of Hyper-V
* Driving license & car
Salary
* £23,000-£25,000 per annum, depending on experience
