Our client is proud to be a specialist automation provider. With state-of-the-art equipment and consumables that are used by some of the world's most advanced manufacturing companies to reduce defects and improve production efficiency. With headquarters located near Glasgow.

As a Product Specialist, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our Commercial Team. Your role will involve:

You will support the creation, development and launch of new machines and consumables.
Becoming an expert on a range of products and their applications in various industries.
Providing technical support and guidance to customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our products.
Collaborating with the Sales Team to identify potential markets and customers, driving business growth.
Conducting product demonstrations and training sessions, showcasing the unique features and benefits of our products.
Gathering customer feedback and market insights, contributing to the development of new products and improvements to existing ones.Our client is looking for someone who is:

Requirements:

Educated to at least Higher level or equivalent in one STEM subject.
Experience in a technical sales or customer support role is preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
