Who Are We Looking For?

We have an exciting opportunity to join our busy team as a Client Services Manager. Taking full responsibility for your dedicated clients, you will ensure projects are fully resourced and completed on time, within budget and to the client’s satisfaction. You will liaise with the client where appropriate and build relationships to proactively manage client projects. Previous client management experience and knowledge of retail operations is not essential but would be beneficial to this role. What you do have is excellent organisation, written and verbal communication skills and are competent with Microsoft Office – specifically Excel. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and relish the opportunity to deliver outstanding service to your clients, managing differing priorities to deliver a great outcome. You can communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels to ensure smooth delivery of projects.

Key Accountabilities:

To succeed in the role, you must deliver the following:

Commercial Growth: Manage finances, drive profitability against key targets and grow billings

Planning and Delivery: Ensure agreed processes and procedures are best-in-class, executed correctly and reviewed regularly. Ensure right-first-time delivery, engaging and briefing the project team to undertake any required tasks. Forecast the workload to ensure our clients have the correct resource available at the right time to deliver all works

Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service to exceeds expectations, acting as a key client contact and being regarded as the expert in the room, understanding client challenges and offering solutions

Communication: Deliver clear and timely communication to clients, internal management and the wider internal team Client Services Manager
