If Applicants are able to MOT Tester this is anadvantage, but not essential. Previous experience in a similar role and strong teamwork and communication skills. You will be welcomed into a friendly team and have the opportunity to work with an exciting product.
The role:
* Carrying out Servicing and repairing vehicles
* 4 wheel alignments.
* Communicating with the Service Reception team and Workshop Control
* Conducting quality inspections
* Maintaining thorough and up-to-date product knowledge
* Maintaining exceptionally high customer service levels
* Maintaining good housekeeping standards
* Keeping and updating orderly records and paperwork
Applicants must:
* Be thorough and meticulous
* Work effectively and efficiently
* Be flexible
* Have a proven ability to work under pressure
* Demonstrate quality and H&S awareness
* Display excellent customer service skills
* Communicate well with colleagues, managers and customers
* Have a full, valid UK driving licence
