Title: Finance Administrator
Location: Fawley Refinery, Marsh Lane, Southampton, SO45 1TX
Type: Ongoing contract || 37.5 hours || Onsite
Our client, a leading company in the energy sector, is currently seeking an Administrator to join their team on a contract basis. This role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of administrative tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Adding purchase order numbers to invoices
Managing daily office operations and providing administrative support to various departments
Handling correspondence, including emails and phone calls, in a professional and timely manner
Maintaining and updating records, databases, and filing systems
Organising and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events
Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required
Assisting with procurement and inventory management
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination
Ensuring compliance with company policies and proceduresJob Requirements:
Proven experience in administration or a related field
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Attention to detail and accuracy in work
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Understanding of administrative processes in the energy sector is advantageous
