Site Services Engineer – FMCG – Herefordshire

If you're the type of Engineer who doesn’t mind rolling up your sleeves and taking care of everything from boilers and chillers to production line hiccups — this one’s for you.

We’re partnering with a long-established FMCG business in Herefordshire (think premium products, family-run values, and big growth plans) that’s on the hunt for a Site Services Engineer who can keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

What you’ll be doing:
You’ll be the go-to for all things site services — boilers, compressors, chillers — plus the usual hands-on electrical and mechanical maintenance. One minute you’ll be deep-diving into diagnostics, the next you’ll be working alongside production to fix a PLC snag. No two days the same, but the rhythm’s solid.

The shift pattern:

4 on, 4 off — rotating 2 days / 2 nights

What you’ll need:

*

Strong electrical and mechanical engineering know-how

*

Experience working with boilers, compressors, chillers

*

BOAS training is a bonus, but not a dealbreaker

*

Comfortable with PLCs and production kit

*

Solid communicator, good under pressure, and a bit of a team player legend

*

FMCG background? Even better

The package:
? £18.55 per hour + shift allowance (circa £44,500)
? Permanent, full-time role
? On-site in Herefordshire
