Duties:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Liase with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Perform administrative tasks as needed.
You will need to have:
Previous experience in customer service or admin related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
