Description

Reporting into the Plant Operations Manager the Supply Chain & Warehouse Manager has a broad remit leading a transformation across systems and behaviours within a busy and fast paced manufacturing operation. You will oversee a team of 12 driving a culture of process development and continuous improvement.

Day to day responsibility will include:

Challenging and improving existing use of SAP
Developing collaboration and aligning working practices across all functions
Driving a high performance culture across a team of 12 (via 2 direct reports)Profile

A successful Supply Chain & Warehouse Manager should have:

A strong understanding of end to end supply chain (inc warehouse)
Proven in developing utilisation and return from ERP systems (ideally SAP)
An analytical, data orientated approach
Exceptional leadership and team management skillsJob Offer
