We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef de Partie to join our fine elite catering team in the heart of Windsor. The client is an educational and social enterprise based in Windsor.

Job details :

* The working hours are one week 7am - 3pm 2nd week 12noon - 8.30pm with the continuous shift pattern with 1 in 4 weekends , still working 5 day week
* The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and experience.
* Must be able to manage alone if necessary.
* Experienced and confident in doing events, weddings and banqueting
