A rare opportunity has become available for an experienced Project Manager with a Quantity Surveying background to join a luxury residential developer, overseeing purchaser variations and bespoke fit-out changes within a completed high-end apartment scheme in Central London.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong eye for detail and a refined understanding of quality, who can liaise confidently with high-net-worth clients and ensure their customisation requests are delivered to an exceptional standard.
The Role
You will be responsible for managing client-requested changes to individual apartments—ranging from layout tweaks and material changes to specialist installations. Working closely with design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, you’ll ensure all works are completed on time, within budget, and to the quality expected of a premium development.
Key Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for purchasers during the customisation and handover process

Visit each apartment to assess and scope purchaser-requested changes
*
Coordinate and manage subcontractors to carry out bespoke works
*
Prepare cost estimates, variations, and approval documentation for client sign-off
*
Monitor budgets and track spend against approved variation allowances
*
Ensure all works are completed to the highest standards of finish and workmanship
*
Maintain excellent communication with internal teams, consultants, and the end purchaser
*
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and building control where required
Requirements
*
Experience in high-end residential property, particularly managing client changes and fit-out works
*
Strong background in Quantity Surveying or commercial management
*
Excellent attention to detail and a flair for luxury interiors and bespoke finishes
*
Confident liaising with high-net-worth individuals and managing expectations professionally
*
Ability to manage multiple apartments and contractors concurrently
*
Working knowledge of relevant building regulations, procurement routes, and contract administration
