Brook Street Recruitment are looking for an experience legal secretary or paralegal to work within an established firm based in Romsey.
As a Paralegal in our Commercial Property Law department, you will:
Research legal issues related to commercial property.
Help prepare and review contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
Organise case files and legal documents.
Communicate with clients, real estate agents, and other parties.
Assist with due diligence processes.
Prepare reports and summaries of legal documents.
Handle administrative tasks like scheduling meetings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or a related field.
Paralegal certification preferred.
At least 2 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in commercial property law.
Good understanding of commercial property law and real estate transactions.
Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.
Detail-oriented with good organisational skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
